Website agreement
By using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions, which apply to the site

All content of this site is wholly owned and reserved by Budget Wedding Stationery. No images, text or designs may be reproduced in part or in whole without written permission. This includes images supplied by suppliers.

Prices & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notification. Budget Wedding Stationery accepts visa, master card, American express over the internet or by phone. Other payments are available including direct deposit, cheque, money order and internet transfer. Cheques that are dishonored will automatically incur a $30.00 dishonor fee.
Do it yourself orders:
All goods must be paid in full before being dispatched. Orders paid by cheque,money order or direct deposit will not be sent until funds have been cleared.
Printed and assembled by Budget Wedding Stationery or Partners:
All printed jobs must be paid in full before any work can begin. No refunds will be given after commencement of production.

Refunds & exchange
Returning Unopened Products:
Within 7 days of receipt of your package, products that are unopened and in its original packaged condition may be returned to us for a store credit.
Freight charges will not be credited for the original shipment or return shipment.  To facilitate a return you must first obtain a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions. Returns without authorization from Budget Wedding Stationery will not be accepted. We suggest that you use registered post - to the products value – this will give you insurance as damaged returns will not be accepted. Please ensure that the product is wrapped well, protected and insured before returning. Opened products cannot be returned, unless faulty. All products accepted for return will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%. Some items may not be returnable if that item is deemed difficult for re-sale.
Returning Personalized Products:
Personalized products cannot be returned. However, if you have received personalized products that have been incorrectly printed by Budget Wedding Stationery, we will redo the products at our expense.  If you have signed off on artwork and later realize that there was an error, we will reprint those products at a discounted rate.  To make a claim you will need to call the on-line store during business hours on 1300 305 984.
Returning Software:
Software is not returnable or refundable.
Returning Clearance Items :
Orders for clearance or sale items are final and cannot be returned.  Once the order has been processed, no changes or exchanges can be made.
Proof Of Purchase:
When you place an order with Budget Wedding Stationery, you will be able to print a receipt.  Please print this out and keep in case of items needed to be returned. Please place a copy of your invoice with any products that are returned.  Remember that to return products you must first get a Return Authorisation Number.  Products cannot be returned without a copy of your proof of purchase.

Product & print disclaimer
All stock & stationery orders are subject to stock availability.
Budget Wedding Stationery may send part of your order and back order the rest of the order to avoid delays. You may choose to cancel your backorder or wait till the stock arrives. Budget Wedding Stationery do not advise prior to sending of any backorders, as this is only known once the order is packed and ready to post. All back orders will be sent at no extra cost.
Handmade products:
Some items will have variations between colour & finishes, this will include DIY products and stationery produced by onepost.
Monitor colours:
Product images may appear slightly different from the actual product due to monitor settings.

Mistakes in orders
DIY Stationery
As our goal is your complete satisfaction, we work very hard to make certain your order is processed and shipped correctly. We take all precautions during order processing, however, errors may still occur. All orders are checked by at least two staff members. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will do our best to swiftly rectify the problem. Budget Wedding Stationery recommends that upon receiving your order to check all items and contact us within 7 days to report of any errors. If the errors are caused by Budget Wedding Stationery, we will rectify this at our expense immediately. Once the 7 day period has passed, Onepost will deem that the order is finalized and will not take any responsibility for any mistakes.
Printed Orders
Whilst all due care is taken when creating artwork on occasion errors / typo’s may occur. It is a really good idea to get someone with a fresh pair of eyes to also check the stationery proof – just to make sure that you haven’t missed anything. Errors that are signed off through the proofing process are reprinted at the client’s expense, regardless of how the error occurred. If an error has been made by Budget Wedding Stationery, you can be assured that this will be rectified at our expense immediately.
It is your responsibility to check all copies are correct!

Cancellations of orders
All non-printed and do-it-yourself stationery can be cancelled at the discretion of Budget Wedding Stationery.
Printed and handmade stationery cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Minimum orders
Most DIY items stocked on this site can be bought as single items. Some products will have a minimum order of 10 items. DIY Invitation sets and printed, cut and assembled invitations by Budget Wedding Stationery have a minimum order of 10.
When a printed order has been completed and if you require extras (eg: invitations, rsvp, place cards etc) a minimum $35.00 charge will apply plus freight. All artwork is kept on file and we are more than happy to print additional items that you may need, but do suggest that you calculate the numbers required carefully, to avoid extra charges.

Delivery times
Most orders that are DIY products will leave our store within 1-3 working days. Items that are out of stock can take up to 7 days.  If you have ordered something that is out of stock with our suppliers, an email will be sent to you and a time frame of when that product shipment will be in.  We will check that this is suitable for you.
Invitations that are made by Budget Wedding Stationery can take up to three weeks from approval of all artwork.  We endeavor to have all of our printed orders leave the store within 5 days from sign off.  Please allow time for Australia Post to deliver.

Refused packages & undeliverable packages
Customers will be automatically charged a service fee and freight for:
Any refused package
Undeliverable packages due to incomplete address information.
If no recipient is at the shipping location provided and goods are returned to Budget Wedding Stationery by Australia post.

International orders
International orders may incur duties and taxes, please check with customs in your country to see what charges may apply to your order.
Budget Wedding Stationery is not responsible for charges incurred, once your order has been dispatched.
